Loud Neighbor is a hardware based electronic music duo formed by Christina Steel and Martín García Blaya in 2008. This project was originally created under Steel's Gelman Travel Fellowship in Argentina. The duo has performed throughout the Americas and Europe and continues to explore sounds with their machines today in Berlin.

Loud Neighbor started off as just that, a loud neighbor. What appeared to be a normal, family residence in Buenos Aires was in fact the source of rumbling bass, squelching synthesizers, manic voices and banging beats that poured into the streets.
